أنباء عن دمج أهم شركتين فى البلد بعد "اسنيم"

أفاد مصدر خاص ومطلع  ان الحكومة الموريتانية تتجه الى دمج اهم شركتين فى البلد بعد "اسنيم".

 

واضاف المصدر ان الحكومة بعد تأكدها من عجز القائمين على الشركة الوطنية للأشغال والصيانة والنقل (A TTM), والشركة الوطنية لصيانة الطرق (E NER) عن ضبط الامور داخلهما, قررت دمج الشركتين فى واحدة, فى خطوة اعتبرها بعض المراقبين ضربة موجعة للاقتصاد الوطني, حيث ان الشركتين رغم الوضعية السيئة التي تعانيان منها بسبب سوء التسيير وضعف الرقابة تستوعبان العشرات من الكوادر والعمال البسطاء.

وقال المصدر ان الرئيس عاجز عن اختيار اشخاص مناسبين لتسيير الشركات بسبب الخلافات الداخلية فى الجهاز التنفيذي وتشتت المصالح الضيقة.
