اعتقال صحفيين ضمن مجموعة من المجرمين

أعلنت الشرطة في بوروندي اليوم الجمعة اعتقال صحفيين اثنين أحدهما فرنسي والآخر بريطاني في العاصمة بوجومبورا.
وقال نائب المتحدث باسم جهاز الشرطة في بوروندي مويسي نكورونزيزا في تصريحات عبر الهاتف لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د.ب.أ) إن الصحفيين ادوارد فيليب مور وجان فيليب ريمي احتجزا مساء أمس الخميس في منطقة نياكابيجا بالعاصمة.ويعمل مور كمصور صحفي مستقل فيما يشغل ريمي وظيفة مراسل الشؤون الأفريقية بجريدة لوموند الفرنسية.
وقال نكورونزيزا إن مور كان بين مجموعة من "المجرمين" الذين لاذوا بالفرار لدى مشاهدة الشرطة قادمة.وأوضح أن الشرطة صادفت بعض أعضاء المجموعة الإجرامية واعتقلت الصحفي وأربعة أشخاص آخرين كانوا مسلحين بالمسدسات.وأضاف المتحدث أن ريمي ظهر في نفس المكان الذي فر منه مور وتم اعتقاله هو الآخر.وذكر نكورونزيزا أن فرار مور دفع الشرطة للاشتباه في أن الاثنين على صلة ما بالمجرمين.
