سيدة تقتل زوجها وتمشي في جنازته

حاولت سيدة مصرية التحايل على رجال الأمن وجيرانها، بإخفاء مشاركتها في جريمة قتل زوجها، بمساعدة عشيقها وصديقه، وتظاهرت بالبكاء والعويل على اختفائه، رغم معرفتها المسبقة بقتله ومكان جثته.

وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة عندما اتفقت الزوجة “س.خ.ح” 40 عامًا، مع عشيقها “أ.ن.ع″ 35 عامًا، بعدما وضعا خطة محكمة للتخلص من زوجها “ع.أ.ط” 40 عامًا، للاستمرار في علاقتهما الجنسية واتفاقهما على الزواج.

واتفق عشيق الزوجة مع صديقه “ح. ا. ن”، زاعمًا أن المجني عليه قام بمعاكسة شقيقته عبر الهاتف، حيث اتصل المتهم بزوج عشيقته، وأخبره أنه يريد التحدث معه في موضوع هام على الكافتيريا المجاورة لمنزليهما، ليستدرجه إلى منطقة نائية لتنفيذ الجريمة، بالقرب من ترعة المريوطية.

وضرب “العشيق” وصديقه المجني عليه، بـ”عصا غليظة”، ثم تهشيم رأسه بحجر، ليفرا هاربين.

ثم أشاعت زوجة المجني عليه، أن زوجها غائب عن المنزل، وجابت المنطقة بصحبة الأهالي، إلى أن وصلت لمكان جثته “المعروف لديها مسبقًا”، فوجدته غارقا في دمائه، وأبلغت السلطات عن الواقعة، وباشرت النيابة التحقيق.

وبعد التحقيقات الأولية والتحريات الأمنية، تبين مشاركة الزوجة بمعرفة المتهمين على تنفيذ الجريمة، حيث قررت نيابة شمال الجيزة حبسهم، وإحالتهم لمحكمة الجنايات بتهمة القتل العمد مع سبق الإصرار والترصد.
