الجيران أخطر من عصابات الطرق بموريتانيا (أرقام)

اظهرت دراسة أعدها أحد المراكز الإجتماعية المتخصصة بموريتانيا ارتفاع وتيرة جرائم الاغتصاب خلال السنوات الثلاثة الأخيرة، لكن الأخطر هو ارتفاع وتيرة المتورطين فيها من الجيران وأصدقاء العائلة.

ويقول التقرير الذى أعده مركز "الوفاء" عن ظاهرة الاغتصاب فى موريتانيا 2014 إن دراسة شملت 186 حالة موثقة لدى أجهزة الأمن، اظهرت وقوف الجيران خلف 54 حالة وعصابات الطرق (جينكات) خلف 37 حالة، بينما حل أصدقاء العائلة فى المرتبة الثالثة ب 17 حالة قدمت بها شكاوي أمام الأمن والقضاء.

وارتفعت نسبة المتورطين من سائقي سيارات الأجرة إلى 13 حالة، و4 من رجال الشرطة، و5 من أبناء العائلات المختلطة، و12 من أخوال الضحايا، و6 من أصحاب المحال التجارية المجاورة، وثلاثة من أصحاب المخابز، وثلاثة من مؤذنى المساجد، و2 من العاملين فى الحفلات،بينما سجلت حالة اغتصاب من طرف "نجار" ومصلح سيارات" و"زوج الخالة" و"عامل بناء" و"معلم" و"سائق منزلي" وحالة فى الوسط المدرسى من رفيق الدراسة.
