قال رئيس غامبيا الجديد اداما بارو يوم الأحد إنه يبدو أن موارد البلاد استنزفت عندما غادر الرئيس السابق يحيى جامى البلاد في وقت متأخر من يوم السبت.

وقال بارو لمحطة آر.إف.إم الإذاعية السنغالية "وفقا لما وصلنا من معلومات لا توجد أموال في الخزائن (العامة). هذا ما أبلغنا به. لكن بمجرد أن نتولى السلطة سنوضح كل شيء".
