الساموري يستغل رابطة مرخصة للحصول على تمويلات خارجية(تفاصيل مثيرة)

أكد مصدر مقرب من الساموري ولد بي، ان الاخير اقنع ابراهيم ولد حبيب رئيس  رابطة التنمية البشرية، بالتنحى عن رئاسة الرابطة، وتغيير اعضاء مكتبها التنفيذي ،من اجل ان  يقوم ولد بي بتشكلة جديدة مقابل ان يستخدم هو أي ولد بي علاقاته في الخارج من اجل حصول الرابطة، على تمويلات يتم بموجبها منح  رئيس الرابطة السيد ابراهيم حبيب  نسبة قليلة جدا والباقي لولد بي.

وأضافت المصادر التي أوردت النبأ  ل"الشرق اليوم" ان ولد حبيب وافق على هذا  العرض الرخيص.

وتعد هذه نموذجا من نماذج السمسرة التي ينتهجها ولد بي غالبا ما مستغلا علاقته بالسفارت الاجنبية في انواكشوط،

ومتاجرا بقضية لحراطين التي يدعى زورا وبهتانا الدفاع عنها 

يذكر أن ابراهيم ولد حبيب  كان يتولى حراسة سوق في "دار النعيم" القطاع 16 تعود ملكيتها لساموري ولد بي، وبتمويل من الاتحاد المسيحي الاسباني دعما لجهود الحمالة في ميناء انواكشوط..
