"فيسبوك"يطلق موقعا للرد على أسئلة المستخدمين

أعلنت شركة "فيسبوك" عن إطلاق الموقع الإلكتروني "أساسيات الخصوصية" Privacy Basics، ليصبح مصدراً جديداً لتوفير إجابات لأسئلة المستخدمين المتكررة بشأن الخصوصية بطريقة سهلة بالإضافة إلى شرح كيفية إدارة معلوماتهم على فيسبوك. 

وأوضحت الشركة أن موقع Privacy Basics سيضع المستخدم في بيئة تفاعلية تحتوي على 32 دليلاً تفاعلياً متاحة بـ 44 لغة، بالإضافة إلى اللغة العربية. 

وسيتيح الموقع للمستخدمين في الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا البالغ عددهم أكثر من 146 مليون مستخدم،عدد من  النصائح لتأمين حساباتهم ومعرفة من يستطيع رؤية المحتوى الخاص بهم وحتى معرفة كيف تبدو حساباتهم على فيسبوك للآخرين. 

وأشارت فيسبوك، التي تملك أكبر شبكة للتواصل الاجتماعي في العالم مع نحو 1.8 مليار مستخدم نشط شهرياً، إلى أن الموقع جزء من جهودها لتوفير الأمان اللازم للمستخدمين، ليتمكنوا من مشاركة ما يريدونه من محتوى مع من يريدونه من أشخاص.  

وبالإضافة إلى إطلاق موقع Privacy Basics، يشارك فيسبوك مع مستخدميه ثلاث نصائح مهمة، قالت إنها ستساعدهم على معرفة كيف يديرون معلوماتهم على فيسبوك وتأمين خصوصيتهم. 

وتتمثل النصيحة الأولى باجتياز اختبار الخصوصية Privacy Checkup، إذ سيجتاز المستخدم خطوات للتأكد من أن المحتوى المنشور على حسابه لا يراه إلا مستخدمين من اختياره فقط. فيمكنه اختيار من يشارك معه المحتوى، ومعرفة ماهي التطبيقات التي يستخدمها ودرجة خصوصية المعلومات الشخصية الموجودة على حسابه. 

وتنصح فيسبوك المستخدمون أيضًا باختيار من يستطيع رؤية المحتوى المنشور على الحساب، إذ يمكن للمستخدم في فيسبوك أن يختار من يستطيعون رؤية المحتوى الذي قام بنشره (الأصدقاء فقط، الكل، أو مستخدمين بعينهم). 

وتوصي الشركة المستخدمين أيضًا برفع درجة تأمين حساباتهم باستخدام ميزة login approvals. بتفعيل هذه الميزة، سيحصل المستخدم على رمز جديد في كل مرة يحاول الدخول إلى حسابه في فيسبوك من جهاز جديد. 

وتقول فيسبوك إنها تعمل دائمًا على توضيح أهمية الخصوصية وإعطاء نصائح لمستخدميها وتطوير أدوات جديدة لمساعدتهم على ضمان خصوصياتهم، لما يمثله من أهمية، حيث يشاركون لحظاتهم الخاصة والقيمة عليه.
