تصاعد الإستياء من إجراءات "التقشف" في الدوائر الحكومية الموريتانية

كشف النقاب عن استياء متصاعد داخل أجهزة الدولة الموريتانية، من إجراءات التقشف في الدوائر الرسمية.

هذه الإجراءات التي يعتبر بعض المراقبين، أنها تشجع على تلقي "الرشاوى" وعلى "الإختلاس"، نظرا لكون الموظف لا يوجد في ظروف مرضية، يمكنه من خلالها القيام بالمهام الموكلة إليه، فيكلف بإدارة ملف دون توفير وسائل الإتصال والنقل، فيصبح مرغما على إنتهاج طرق ملتوية في سبيل القيام بذلك العمل. يأتي هذا الإستياء وسط الحديث عن صدور قرار بوقف منح الموظفين "تعويضات" مالية عن الأسفار الخارجية، وهو خبر إذا ما تأكد فإنه يعني أن الكثير من الموظفين سيعزفون عن القيام بتلك الرحلات، وسيختلقون الأعذار لذلك، نظرا لكونهم تلك المبالغ رغم أنها زهيدة، تساعدهم في مهمتهم تلك.
