لأنّها مدمنة على فيسبوك الذي أصبح أهمّ منه .. هذا ما فعله جزائريّ بزوجته!

طالبت النيابة العامة الجزائريّة بحبس زوجٍ لمدة عامين وتغريمه 100 ألف دينار جزائري؛ لقيامه بضرب زوجته ضربا مبرحا في أماكن متفرقة من جسدها مستخدما عصا وسلك كهربائي، بسبب “إدمانها” على موقع فيسبوك.

 

وتسبب الاعتداء الوحشي للزوج الغاضب، في كسر يد زوجته مما تسبب في عجزها عن العمل لأكثر من 40 يوما. وفقا للشهادة الطبية.

 

ونقلت صحيفة النهار عن المتهم وهو  مقاول وصاحب شركة بناء في العاصمة الجزائرية أثناء محاكمته: إنه ميسور الحال ويوفر لزوجته الغالي والنفيس، لكنها “لم تقدر علاقتهما الزوجية وأصبح الهاتف والفيسبوك أهم منه”.

 

من جانبها، قالت الضحية إنه كان بإمكان زوجها اللجوء لعدة طرق ووسائل قانونية غير الضرب. ملتمسة من المحكمة تعيين خبير طبي من أجل فحصها لتحديد الأضرار.
