ماكي صال يحمل الإستعمارإستقلال غامبيا عن السينغال وينوي ضمها من جديد

قال الرئيس السنغالي ماكي صال إن الشعب السنغالي والغامبي "أسرة واحدة"، مشيراً إلى أن البلدين تم تقسيمهما في "ظروف استعمارية"، داعياً إلى "العمل باستمرار لتجاوز العقبات ونقل الميراث إلى الأجيال القادمة"وتوحيد الدولتين .
جاءت كلمة الرئيس السنغالي خلال مؤتمر صحفي بعد لقائه مع نظيره الغامبي آداما بارو الذي وصل أمس الخميس، إلى داكار في أول زيارة له خارجية منذ تنصيبه رئيساً لغامبيا في شهر فبراير الماضي.
وأضاف الرئيس السنغالي أنه أعطى التعليمات لجميع الوزارات من أجل تخفيف التعقيدات البروتوكولية والعمل مباشرة على القضايا المشتركة مع غامبيا لإختصار المسافات نحو الوحدة.
وأكد صال أن بلاده ستقيم لقاءات منتظمة عالية المستوى لمتابعة الملفات المشتركة وتذليل الصعوبات المحتملة، وفق تعبيره.
ووصل بارو إلى رئاسة غامبيا بعد تصدره نتائج الانتخابات الرئاسية التي جرت نهاية العام الماضي، ورفضها الرئيس السابق يحي جامي، قبل أن يقبل تسليم الرئاسة بعد تهديد قوات الأكواس بعمل عسكري، ونجاح وساطة الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ول عبد العزيز والغيني ألفاكوندى  في إقناعه بالخروج من غامبيا إلى غينيا الاستوائية رفقة عائلته ومن شاء ذالك من مقربيه وكل ممتلكاته ودون أي ملاحقة قانونية له أولأعوانه وهو ما نكثه سلفه من خلال مضايقة كبار المسؤولين الأمنيين المحسوبين على جامى وبتنسيق مع ماكي صال بحكم إنتماء الرجلين لفئة أقلية في البلدين.
