ترتيب موريتانيا في مؤشر العولمة 2016

وضع مؤشر العولمة موريتانيا في المرتبة 123 عالميا وفي المرتبة 20 إفريقيا بين زيمبابوي وموزامبيق.

وقد أصدرت المدرسة متعددة التقنيات في زيورخ السويسرية نسخة 2016 من مؤشر العولمة، وهو تصنيف عالمي  يعكس مستوى العولمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية في 192 دولة حول العالم، وذلك من خلال مؤشر من 1 إلى 100. 

يأخذ المؤشر في الاعتبار البعد الاقتصادي للعولمة، أولا، من خلال حجم التجارة والاستثمار والدخل عبر الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وثانيا، تأثير حواجز القيود المفروضة على التجارة وحركة رؤوس الأموال.

كما أنه يتم قياس البعد الاجتماعي للعولمة باستخدام ثلاثة متغيرات.

الأول يتضمن الاتصالات الشخصية عبر الحدود في شكل من المكالمات الهاتفية ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني وكذلك التدفقات السياحية والسكان الأجانب المقيمين.

والثاني يتضمن تدفق المعلومات عبر الإنترنت والتلفزيون والصحافة الأجنبية.

بالإضافة لتقييم الالتزام الثقافي للاتجاهات العالمية من عدد من الشركات العالمية مثل ماكدونالدز وايكيا، فضلا عن الصادرات والواردات من الكتب ونسبتها من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.

وأخيرا، يتم قياس البعد السياسي للعولمة من عدد من السفارات الأجنبية في البلاد، وعدد من المنظمات الدولية والذي تعد بلاده عضوا، وعدد من بعثات حفظ السلام الدولية التي شارك فيها البلاد وعدد من الاتفاقيات الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف وقعت بها البلاد منذ عام 1945.

وقد جاءت المغرب في صدارة الدول الإفريقية في المرتبة 57 عالميا، متقدمة على جنوب إفريقيا ثم مصر وتونس.
