تعطل خدمة واتساب في معظم بلدان العالم

توقفت خدمة التراسل الفوري واتس اب التابعة لشركة فيس بوك في جميع انحاء المملكة المتحدة وتركيا وأجزاء أخرى من العالم، حيث يعاني الآلاف من مستخدمي الخدمة من عدم القدرة على ارسال أو استلام أي رسائل فورية، ويبدو أن الخدمة قد توقفت عن العمل حوالي الساعة التاسعة مساءً بتوقيت جرينيتش.

وعانى بعدها المستخدمين من عدم تمكنهم من الوصول إلى الخدمة ، وكشف موقع Down Detector للمتابعة الفورية عن آلاف الانقطاعات في جميع أنحاء المملكة المتحدة وأجزاء اخرى من العالم بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة وتركيا والبرازيل، ومن غير الواضح حالياً ما الذي أدى إلى هذه المشاكل أو متى تعود الأمور إلى طبيعتها.

ويأتي هذا الانقطاع في الوقت الذي تعمل فيه الخدمة على تحديث رئيسي لتطبيقها، حيث يختبر تطبيق الدردشة ميزة جديدة من شأنها أن تسمح للمستخدمين بتثبيت المحادثات في الجزء العلوي من القائمة داخل التطبيق للحفاظ على المحادثات الهامة في أعلى قائمة المحادثات.

وأشار متحدث باسم شركة واتس اب إلى أن الشركة تدرك انقطاع الخدمة وتوقفها عن العمل في العديد من البلدان وان الشركة تعمل على اصلاح هذه المشكلة.
