خرق القانون في تعيين مديرة مساعدة بالمعهد أمس

خرقت الحكومة الموريتانية القانون الصادر عن الوزير الأول المنظم لعمل المعهد العالي للدراسات والبحوث الإسلامية، بتعيين مديرة مساعدة في المعهد من خارج المدرسين بالمعهد.

وعين مجلس الوزراء خلال اجتماعه أمس الاثنين مريم محمد لمخيطير، مديرة مساعدة لمدير المعهد العالي للدراسات والبحوث الإسلامية.

وأكدت مصادر للأخبار أن مريم محمد لمخيطير، لا صلة لها بالمعهد العالي للدراسات والبحوث الإسلامي، ولا تنتمي لأسرة التدريس بالمعهد.

وتنص المادة 20 المرسوم رقم 22 / 2016 / الصادر بتاريخ 2016 الذي يقضي بإعادة تنظيم وسير عمل المعهد العالي للدراسات والبحوث الإسلامية على أنه:”يساعد المدير العام في المهام الموكل إليه وينوب عنه في حال غيابه مدير مساعد يعين بموجب مرسوم صادر عن مجلس الوزراء من بين المدرسين بالمعهد”.
