لجنة الشيوخ: استدعاء هيئة الناخبين انقلاب على المؤسسة التشريعية

وصفت لجنة الأزمة المشكلة من أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ استدعاء الحكومة في اجتماعها أمس الاثنين لهيئة الناخبين للاستفتاء الشعبي على تعديل الدستور بأنها "انتهاك صارخ للدستور، وانقلاب على المؤسسة التشريعية".

وأكدت اللجنة في بيان صادر عنها تلقت الأخبار نسخة منه رفضها لما وصفته بـ"المسار الأحادي"، معلنة "عدم اعترافها بكل ما سترتب عليه".

وطالبت اللجنة بالتراجع عن القرار الذي وصفته بغير التوافقي، ودعت لـ"الترتيب لمسار توافقي يخرج البلاد من الأزمة المستحكمة".

واعتبرت اللجنة أن دعوة الحكومة هيئة الناخبين لاستفتاء على التعديلات الدستورية التي سبق وأن رفضها البرلمان ضمن مسطرة دستورية معروفة ومحددة في الباب الحادي عشر من الدستور "سيزيد من الاحتقان في الساحة السياسية مما قد يشكل خطرا على الأمن والسلم الأهليين".
