رئيس المحكمة العليا الجديد يؤدي اليمين القانونية أمام رئيس الجمهورية

أدى الحسين ولد الناجي، رئيس المحكمة العليا الجديد اليوم الأربعاء بالقصر الرئاسي في نواكشوط، اليمين القانونية أمام رئيس الجمهورية محمد ولد عبد العزيز، رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء.

ودعا رئيس الجمهورية رئيس المحكمة العليا الجديد لأداء اليمين التالية كما وردت في المادة 14 من الامر القانوني رقم 2007/012 الصادر بتاريخ 8 فبراير 2007 المتضمن التنظيم القضائي:

"أقسم بالله الواحد أن أؤدي مهامي بإخلاص وأن أمارسها بكل حياد ونزاهة، امتثالا لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية والدستور والقوانين، وأن أحافظ على سر المداولات، وأن لا أتخذ أي موقف علني، وأن لا أدلي برأي خاص حول القضايا التي تدخل في اختصاص المحاكم، وأن أتصرف بصفة عامة تصرف قاض نزيه مخلص".

وبعد أداء رئيس المحكمة اليمين أعلن رئيس الجمهورية تنصيبه رئيسا للمحكمة العليا لمأمورية تدوم خمس سنوات.

حضر حفل أداء اليمين القانونية الوزير الأول والأمين العام لرئاسة الجمهورية ووزير العدل بالاضافة إلى رئيس الجمعية الوطنية ورئيس مجلس الشيوخ.
