جديد نقابة كتاب الضبط ووزارة العدل

افادت مصادر مطلعة "لوكالة أطلس انفو"، بأن وزارة العدل تسعي جادة للحيلولة دون دخول  كتاب الضبط في إضرابهم الشامل والمفتوح، لمدة شهر كامل والذي قرروه ابتداءا من الاثنين القادم.

وأكدت ذات المصادر، إن مكتب نقابة كتاب الضبط، قد يلتقي بالأمين العام لوزارة العدل، في خطوة لأجاد حل ضمن  جولة جديدة من المفاوضات بين الجانبين.

وكانت نقابة كتاب الضبط قد قدمت عريضة مطلبية الي وزارة العدل معلنة أنها ستنظم  وقفات احتجاجية أمام القصر الرئاسي، ووزارة العدل، وقصر العدل، بنواكشوط الغربية، و قصور العدل في كل ولايات الوطن، مشددة على التمسك بمطالبها التي من بينها:

مراجعة المرسوم 171/2009 المتضمن النظام الأساسي لموظفي كتابات الضبط

تنفيذ توصيات المجلس الأعلى للقضاء المتعلقة بمنح قطع أرضية لكتاب الضبط

حل مشكلة التقدمات الاختيارية وضمان الترقي الداخلي للموظفين.

كما تشمل المطالب التي يرفعها كتاب الضبط، حل مشكلة المصاريف القضائية بمراجعة المرسوم وإنشاء صندوق المحاكم، وضمان حق التكوين المستمر لكتاب الضبط.
