بفعل ضعف التحسيس .. الاحصاء الإدارى يتعثربفعل ضعف التحسيس .. الاحصاء الإدارى يتعثر

قالت تقارير حكومية ثقة لموقع زهرة شنقيط إن الإحصاء الادارى الذى أعلنت عنه الحكومة سجل أسوء نسبة فى تاريخ البلد ، بفعل سوء الإدارة الحالية للملف وغياب التحسيس به ، ومحدودية النقاط المخصصة للمراجعة من قبل لجنة اللجنة " المستقلة " للانتخابات بموريتانيا.

وتقول مصادر زهرة شنقيط إن الحكومة منحت اللجنة الأموال اللازمة للدعاية للإحصاء وتسيير الطواقم التابعة لها، لكن ضعف اللجنة وسوء التسيير المجمع عليه من قبل القوى الفاعلة فى البلد كان أبرز العراقيل التى واجهها المشروع، وسط مخاوف من عجز اللجنة عن الوفاء بالتزاماتها القانونية المعلنة، والدفع باتجاه تمديد الآجال القانونية الحالية من أجل استنزاف المزيد من الأموال أو تأجيل الاستفتاء إلى اشعار جديد.

وكانت الحكومة الموريتانية قد كلفت اللجنة الحالية بتسيير الاستفتاء والاشراف عليه، رغم الاتفاق على تغيير طاقمها فى الحوار الشامل واتهامها من قبل النخبة الموريتانية بالضعف وعدم الحياد.
