مصدر: تمديد فترة الإحصاء الانتخابي ذي الطابع الانتخابي

قالت مصادر إخبارية بحصولها على معلومات تفيد بتقديم اللجنة الوطنية المستقلة للإنتخابات بطلب إلى الحكومة الموريتانية لتمديد الإحصاء الإداري ذي الطابع الانتخابي دون تحديد الفترة الزمنية لذلك.

وأكدت مصادر الطواري أن سبب التمديد عائد إلى ضعف إقبال المواطنين الموريتانيين على مراكز التسجيل بمختلف ولايات الوطن.

وكان عدد المسجلين على اللوائح الانتخابية منذ انطلاق عملية التسجيل في 18 من مايو الماضي، قد بلغ ثلاثة آلاف مواطن رغم الجهود والحملية الدعائية التي رافقت انطلاق عمليات التسجيل منذ انطلاقتها.

وكانت الحكومة الموريتانية قد دعت خلال اجتماع لها الأسبوع الماضي هيئة الناخبين للتصويت يوم 15 يوليو القادم على التعديلات الدستورية المقترحة.
