وزارة العدل تتهم كتاب الضبط بانتهاك القانون (تصريح+بيان)

قال القاضي أعمر ولد القاسم نستشر وزير العدل: إن الإضراب الذي بدؤه كتاب الضبط اليوم الإثنين غير شرعي، وبعض مطالبه غير مهنية مثل الحصول على قطع أرضية، إلى ذلك أصدرت وزارة العدل البيان التالي: "لوحظ اليوم الاثنين 5 /6/ 2017 تغيب عدد من موظفي كتابات الضبط ودخولهم فيما سموه إضرابا مفتوحا عن العمل لمدة شهر وذلك خرقا لكافة النصوص المعمول بها وخاصة القانون رقم 09 /2015 المحدد لاجراءات ممارسة حق الإضراب فى المرافق العمومية . ونظرا لعدم مشروعية هذا التصرف وتاثيره السلبى على سير هذا المرفق الحيوى بصورة غير مشروعة وغير مقبولة , فان وزارة العدل تود التاكيد عل ما يلى : 1_انها حريصة على ضمان ممارسة جميع فئات موظفيها لحرياتهم وحقوقهم النقابية القانونية 2_ ان الاضراب المذكور اعلاه مجرد عن اي شكل من اشكال المشروعية , وان الموظفين المشاركين فيه هم فى حالة تغيب غير مشروع عن العمل 3_ وانه يجب على اولئك الموظفين الالتحاق بعملهم فورا تحت طائلة التطبيق الصارم للمقتضيات القانونية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة.
