لماذا ترفض الخارجية الموريتانية دعم مبادرة أمير الكويت؟

سارعت عدة دول عربية وغربية إلى دعم المبادرة التى طرحها أمير الكويت الشيخ صباح الأحمد الصباح من أجل حل الخلاف القائم بين دول الخليج الأربعة، والعمل داخل مظلة التعاون الخليجى من أجل خفض التوتر واحتواء الأزمة التى تهدد المنطقة بالكامل.

وسارعت دول غربية كالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وفرنسا وألمانيا واسبانيا وروسيا إلى دعم جهود أمير الكويت، وهو نفس الموقف الذى أتخذته دول إسلامية وعربية وازنة كتركيا وإيران والسودان والجزائر وعمان والمملكة المغربية ومالى والسينغال والنجير وبعض الدول الإفريقية القريبة من بعض الدول الشريكة فى الصراع الجارى مثل جيبوتى وأثيوبيا وأرتيريا وجنوب السودان.

 غير الحكومة الموريتانية أختارت النأي عن المبادرة الكويتية، وقررت الخارجية الموريتانية قطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية مع دولة قطر فى الوقت الذى كان فيه الشيخ صباح الأحمد الصباح يحط بالرياض من أجل إجراء أول لقاء حول الأزمة مع قيادة المملكة العربية السعودية.

ولم يدل أي وزير أو مسؤول فى الخارجية بأي تصريح كان يدعم الحراك الكويتى الأخير، بل إن وزير الثقافة الموريتانى ساهم فى تأجيج الموقف العربى من خلال وصف قطر بأوصاف شعبية غير لائقة، وتلت تصريحاته حملة فى بعض القنوات المستقلة، وكأننا موريتانيا عضو فى التحالف المقاطع لقطر، أو منخرطون فى حرب مفتوحة مع الدولة الخليجية الصاعدة فى عالم السياسية والاقتصاد والرياضة.

ويشكل صمت الحكومة أو تجاهلها لمبادرة الكويت فى وقت شددت فيه العديد من الأطراف على أهمية المبادرة ورجاحة عقل الأمير المبادر، رسالة سلبية لطرف خليجى آخر، كان إلى وقت قريب من أقرب الدول الخليجية لموريتانيا، وضحى بالكثير من الجهد والمال لصالح موريتانيا وشعبها رغم مواقفنا المناهضة له فى بداية تسعينات القرن الماضى، حينما دعمنا احتلال أرضه وتقويض استقراره، وهو موقف نقترب الآن من اتخاذه من دولة قطر الشقيقة سابقا بلغة أهل الخارجية قبل قطع العلاقات الأخير .
