كيف تتجنب الحموضة في رمضان؟

الحموضة من أكثر المشاكل الصحية التي تصيب الصائمين في رمضان، وتحدث غالبا بسبب الإفراط في تناول الطعام.

ومن أهم النصائح للوقاية من الحموضة في رمضان، تجنب المشروبات الحمضية، والإفطار على التمر أو عصير قمر الدين، وتناول الخضراوات الطازجة أو المسلوقة.

وكذلك الحد من تناول الأطعمة المقلية والتوابل، وتجنب تناول الطعام حتى التخمة، وتقسيم الإفطار إلى وجبتين، وتناول الطعام ببطء ومضغه جيدا، والإكثار من تناول اللبن لقدرته على الهضم وعلاج الحموضة.

وأيضا شرب الماء بين وجبتي الإفطار والسحور، وتجنب النوم مباشرة بعد تناول الطعام.
