ينصح خبراء من مركز مايو كلينيك الأمريكي للأبحاث الطبية بشرب الماء باعتباره علاجا لكثير من المشاكل والعلل.

 

وكشف الخبراء أنه يتوجب على الرجال شرب 13 كوبا من الماء يوميا في المتوسط في حين على النساء استهلاك 9 أكواب، مشيرين إلى أن أجسام البشر تختلف من شخص إلى آخر ويمكن تحديد الكمية التي يحتاجها الشخص فعلا من الماء، باستخدام صيغة علمية بسيطة، وهي كالتالي :

 

الخطوة الأولى هي أخذ الوزن بالرطل وقسمته على 2.2

 

الخطوة الثانية : ضرب هذا الرقم بالعمر .

 

الثالثة : قسمة الرقم على 28.3

 

الخطوة الرابعة : المجموع الذي نحصل عليه هو كمية الماء التي يجب شربها كل يوم بالأوقية ويمكن قسمة هذا الرقم على ثمانية لمعرفة النتيجة بالكؤوس.
