قال المغرد المعروف ‘‘مجتهد الإمارات‘‘، إن «سيف الإسلام القذافي متواجد فى أبوظبي تحت حماية الدولة». وأضاف ‘‘مجتهد الإمارات‘‘، في تدوينة عبر حسابه على موقع التدوينات «تويتر»، أن نجل ‘‘القذافي‘‘ وصل الأسبوع الماضي على متن طائرة عسكرية خاصة، وهناك تكتيم إعلامي. وأشار الحساب الشهير إلى أن مصدر المعلومات شخص مقرب من القيادي الفلسطيني «محمد رشيد» صديق القيادي الفتحاوي المفصول «محمد دحلان» والمقيم فى الإمارات. وتطالب «المحكمة الجنائية الدولية» ليبيا منذ 2011 بتسليمه، بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية إبان الثورة، وهو ما ترفضه ليبيا. وخلال الشهر الجاري، أعلنت كتيبة «أبو بكر الصديق»، التابعة لقوات مجلس النواب في مدينة طبرق (شرق) بقيادة «حفتر»، أنها أطلقت سراح نجل «القذافي»، تطبيقا لقانون العفو العام الصادر من مجلس النواب، وذلك بعد أن كان قابعا في سجن تسيطر عليه الكتيبة، منذ نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2011. ومارس/آذار الماضي، قالت صحيفة «لاتريبون» الفرنسية، إن مليشيات الزنتان أفرجت نهائيًا عن «سيف الإسلام»، الذي اعتقلته خلال سقوط نظام والده. وأكدت «لاتريبين» أن «سيف الإسلام» يمكن أن يكون منافسا قويا في الصراع على السلطة المتنازع عليها بين «فايز السراج» و«خليفة حفتر». وأشارت إلى أن «سيف الإسلام» يمكن أن يخلط الأوراق لهذين الرجلين المتنازعين على السلطة عن طريق الحروب بالوكالة، خاصة في ظل دوره بالنظام القبلي الجديد. والشهر الماضي، قالت الأمم المتحدة، إن محاكمة «سيف الإسلام» لا تفي بالمعايير الدولية، وإنه يجب أن يواجه اتهامات بالقتل أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.
