أكجوجت أنفو تنشر البيان الصادر عقب اجتماع مجلس الوزراء

اجتمع مجلس الوزراء يوم الخميس 06 يوليو 2017 تحت رئاسة صاحب الفخامة السيد محمد ولد عبد العزيز، رئيس الجمهورية. و قد درس المجلس وصادق على مشاريع المراسيم التالية: - مشروع مرسوم يتضمن تطبيق بعض أحكام القانون رقم 93-040 الصادر بتاريخ 20 يوليو 1993 المتضمن قانون التأمينات المعدل بالأمر القانوني رقم 2007-026 الصادر بتاريخ 09 ابريل 2007. يهدف مشروع المرسوم الحالي إلى تطبيق أحكام المادة 216(جديدة) من الأمر القانوني رقم 2007- 026 الصادر بتاريخ 09 ابريل 2007، الذي يلغي ويعدل وبحل محل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 93-040 الصادر بتاريخ 20 يوليو 1993 المتضمن مدونة التأمينات. ونتيجة لذلك، يشترط من الآن فصاعدا في منح الاعتماد لكل شركة تمارس مهنة التأمين إيداع مبلغ لا يقل عن ثلاثمائة مليون أوقية في حساب مفتوح لهذا الغرض في سجلات الخزينة العمومية باسم شركة التأمين المعنية. - مشروع مرسوم يقضي بالمنح النهائي لقطعة أرضية بنواكشوط لصالح شركة فندق المنزه ذات المسؤولية المحدودة. - مشروع مرسوم يقضي بالمنح النهائي لقطعة أرضية بنواكشوط لصالح شركة الوطنية لمنتجات الألبان (الوطنية ش. م . م). - مشروع مرسوم يقضي بالمنح المؤقت لقطعة أرضية بنواكشوط لصالح الوكالة الإفريقية للسور الأخضر الكبير. وقدم وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون عرضا عن الوضع الدولي. وقدم وزير الداخلية واللامركزية بيانا عن الحالة في الداخل.
