الحكم بالاعدام في حق ولد الحامد…………………….

أصدرت المحكمةالجنائية بانواكشوط الشمالية برئاسة القاضي/بونا ولد باب أحمد حكما بالاعدام في حق شاب عشريني متهم بقتل   صديقه في توجنين قبل اشهر ،الشاب يدعى ولدالحامد وهومن الموريتانيين العائدون من ليبيا بعد أن حاصرتهم نيران الحرب هناك وقد اعترف بأنه  تعمد قتل الضحية بعد أن سدد له عدة طعنات بسكين بعد شجار بينهما.

للاشارة فإن المحكمة الجنائية تعقد دورتها الجنائية الثانية لهذا العام على ان تنظر في عدد من القضايا المعروض أمامها والتي من بينها جرائم قتل و سرقة موصوفة وحرابة وزنا ……………….
