كوسموس : سنبدأ في حفر البئر الثاني في المياه الموريتانية قبل نهاية الشهر

علنت شركة كوسموس إنرجي في تقرير لها أن أعمال الحفر في البئر الإستكشافي الواقع في المقطع c8 بعرض المياه البحرية الموريتانية ستبدأ قبل نهاية شهر اغسطس الجاري.

الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة آندريو أنجليس قال إن "البئر تحتوي مقدارات كبيرة من الغاز الطبيعي قد تصل إلى 2 مليار من الغاز والنفط" ، مضيفا أن "البئر الذي سيتم حفره قد يشكل فرصة كبيرة للشركة من أجل مواصلة نموها".

ومن المقرر أن يبدأ الإنتاج في الآبار التي سيتم حفرها، والتي تم إكتشاف إحتياطات ضخمة فيها من الغاز الطبيعي والنفط، بحلول عام 2021.
