الاتحاد الدولي للنقابات ituc يندد بمضايقة النهاه ……………..

شجب الاتحاد الدولي للنقابات حملة التهديد التي يتعرض لها هذه الأيام الأمين العام للكونفدرالية العامة لعمال موريتانيا السيد عبد الله ولد محمد الملقب النهاه.

جاء ذالك في رسالة موجهة صباح اليوم الخميس 07 سبتمبر (أيلول) الي رئيس الدولة من طرف الأمينة العامة للاتحاد النقابي الدولي السيدة شاران بارو.

وتطرقت الرسالة الي ظروف استجواب القيادي النقابي والمسطرة التي تم بموجبها وضعه تحت الرقابة القضائية وما شابها من خروقات وانتهاك للقوانين المعمول بها.

وذكرت الأمين العامة للمنظمة النقابية الدولية بأن تقييد حق النقابيين في حرية التنقل يعد خرقا سافرا لمبدأ الحرية النقابية الذي كرسته اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 87 والتي صادقت عليها موريتانيا خلال السنوات الأولي للاستقلال.

وأشار الاتحاد النقابي العالمي الي أن الاستجوابات الممنهجةوالعشوائية تنذر بخطر التعسف والشطط وقد تشكل تهديدا خطيرا للحريات النقابية.

وطالب الاتحاد الدولي للنقابات الحكومة الموريتانية بوضع حد فوري للممارسات الرامية الي تهديد ومضايقة القيادي النقابي والغاء كافة المساطر القضائية بحقه.

 

للإشارة فان الاتحاد الدولي للنقابات الذي يمثل 181 مليون عامل وعاملة منتظمين في 340 منظمة في 163 بلدا واقليما يعد أكبر وأقوي المنظمات النقابية العمالية وأكثرها تأثيرا على مستوي العالم.
