أحد المتهمين في ملف ولد غده يكتب: "أنا هو الدولة!"

لم يكتف النظام بجر أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ والنقابيين والصحفيين أمام المحاكم لأسباب كاذبة، ولا يتراجع أمام أي شيء لجعل هؤلاء “الوقحين” يدفعون ثمن رفضهم “لتعديلاته” الدستورية وحرية تعبيرهم. وقد اتخذ للتو خطوة جديدة في سياسته القمعية الشاملة. لقد تم إرسال أحد اعضاء مجلس الشيوخ الى السجن ويخضع 13 آخرون للرقابة القضائية بالإضافة الى ثلاثة صحفيين ومديرة موقع على شبكة الإنترنت واثنين من النقابيين. صودرت جوازات سفر جميع هؤلاء الأشخاص المحترمين ويلزمون بالمثول صباح كل يوم اثنين أمام الشرطة الاقتصادية لتسجيل حضورهم كما تحظر عليهم مغادرة نواكشوط تحت أي ذريعة. إنه التعسف “الذي لا غبار عليه”.

إن أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ، ومن المفارقات الغريبة أنهم ينتمون جميعا إلى الأغلبية الرئاسية، والذين لم يتعرض رئيسهم لأي إزعاج، يدفعون ثمن غضب الرئيس لأنهم خرجوا من الصف ورفضوا الانتحار على طريقة الهاراكيري اليابانية. أما النقابيون والصحفيون فلم يحظوا أبدا بنعم القائد المستنير. ترى فما هي العلاقة التي يمكن أن توجد بين هاتين القضيتين؟ رفض أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ للتعديلات الدستورية ويريد النظام أن يخاصمهم، مستخدما كل الضربات القذرة التي يتطلبها مثل هذا السلوك المعادي للديمقراطية. ولكن ماذا جنى الصحفيون والنقابيون ليقحمهم النظام في هذه الورطة؟ هل يراد حملهم على دفع ثمن استفادتهم من دعم رجل كريم يدعى محمد ولد بوعماتو؟ وإذا ما اعتمدنا هذا المنطق، فإن الكثيرين، وليسوا فقط من عامة الشعب، تجب إحالتهم إلى القضاء: الصحافة والمنظمات غير الحكومية والنقابات والسياسيين سواء في السلطة أو المعارضة ورجال الأعمال والتجار والموظفين… وليست القائمة شاملة.

سيتهمون جميعا “بالفساد” وسرعان ما يقطع رأس الدولة إذا ما اتبع القضاء مساره “الطبيعي”. ولكن مطالبته بأن يكون أقل انتقائية يكلفه ما لا يطيق. لقد تم إعداد الملف في مكان آخر، بأدق تفاصيله، ولم يبق للقضاء المسكين سوى تنفيذه. وإذا لم يكن الأمر كذلك، فكيف يستطيع المرء أن يفسر جر مواطنين أبرياء، مدة حوالي أربع وعشرين ساعة، عشية عيد الأضحى المبارك، بين النيابة ومجموعة من القضاة ليلا ونهارا، مع عدم وجود حالة استعجال؟ ألم يكن من الممكن أن ننتظر مضي العيد؟ ما هي الجنحة التي ارتكبها هؤلاء الناس، حتى يظهر القضاء مثل هذه السرعة في معالجة هذه القضية؟

لم يخطئ المحامون في القضية حين وصفوها بأنها “سياسية بامتياز”، حيث أن واحدا منهم، الأستاذ ولد أبتي، الذي رافع لأكثر من ستة وثلاثين عاما، في جميع أنواع النزاعات، قال بحق إنه لم ير مثل هذا الملف فراغا. لقد صدق الأستاذ: إنها فبركة مبتذلة وحجج واهية وكل شيء يعتمد على هدفه الوسواسي المتمثل في إقحام رجل يكمن خطأه الوحيد في معارضة نظام واستخدام الوسائل المتاحة له لمحاربته بعد أن كان واحدا من أنصاره الأكثر حماسا. فما ذا مثلت المليارات التي كان يوزعها يمينا وشمالا لنجاح المرشح ولد عبد العزيز في عام 2009 ؟ هل كانت صدقة؟ ما الغريب الآن في أن يذهب تعاطفه وهداياه إلى أولئك الذين ينتقدون النظام بدل من يدعمونه دعما أعمى؟

بينما يعمل ولد عبد العزيز بعناد على تقليص المصادر المالية لأي انتقاد لنظامه، فإنه يوضح بهذه القضية الجديدة أن أي تعبير يتعارض مع قراراته “الشخصية” سيكون مرتبطا بشكل منهجي، وإلا فيمكن ربطه بتمويل خفي يهدف إلى زعزعة استقرار الدولة الموريتانية. “لا يمكن تصور” القول بأن “بأن المواطن الصالح يمكن أن لا ينحني أمام إنجازاتي المرموقة”. وهكذا يعيد عبارة الملك الشهير لويس الرابع عشر: “أنا هو الدولة!” إن انتفاخه يصرخ بتدبير الخيانة العظمى من قبل معارضيه. هل هي أعراض الترنح من الانقلابي المتعنت أم… إعداد انقلاب جديد بتاريخ 2019؟
