صدام الجنرال والإخوان.. 5 معلومات عن انتخابات موريتانيا المرتقبة

تستعد موريتانيا لإجراء أول انتخابات برلمانية عقب التعديلات الدستورية الجديدة التي أجريت في أغسطس الماضي، وتأتي في أعقاب نجاح الرئيس محمد ولد عبد العزيز في تعزيز حضوره السياسي بالبلاد.

قانون الانتخابات

وطبقًا لقانون الانتخابات الموريتانية، ينتظر أن تستدعي الحكومة الموريتانية في اجتماعها ليوم غد الخميس، هيئة الناخبين الموريتانيين للتصويت في الانتخابات النيابية والبلدية والجهوية المتوقعة مستهل شهر سبتمبر المقبل، ويلزم قانون الانتخابات الحكومة باستدعاء الناخبين 90 يوما قبل يوم الاقتراع.

ودعا نائب رئيس اللجنة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات، عثمان ولد بيجل، أمس الثلاثاء، المواطنين البالغين سن التصويت إلى التسجيل على اللائحة الانتخابية، "ليتمكنوا من ممارسة واجبهم المدني، والإدلاء بأصواتهم طبقا لاختياراتهم" خلال الانتخابات المقبلة.

الموعد المتوقع 

تشكل الانتخابات التشريعية والبلدية التي ستجري نهاية أغسطس أول سبتمبر 2018، في محاولة لترتيب أوراق العملية الانتخابية قبل نهاية العام، والاستعداد للمرحلة الأهم بتاريخ البلد.

وعقب الانتخابات البلدية والبرلمانية سيشهد2019 انتخابات الرئاسة الموريتانية.

تيار الأغلبية

تتكون الغالبية في موريتانيا، من الحزب "الاتحاد من أجل الجمهورية" الحاكم، الذي أسسه الرئيس محمد ولد عبد العزيز -جنرال سابق-، في الخامس من مايو عام 2009، وترأسه قبل أن يتخلى عن رئاسته تطبيقًا لمادة دستورية تحظر الجمع بين منصب رئيس الجمهورية ورئاسة أي حزب سياسي، يرأسه اليوم إسلكو ولد أحمد إيزيد بيه.

وتضم الغالبية الحاكمة أحزابًا أخرى كـ"الحراك الشبابي" الذي أسسته عناصر شبابية في فبراير عام 2012.

ومن أحزاب الغالبية أيضًا، "الاتحاد من أجل الديمقراطية والتقدم" بقيادة الوزيرة الناها بنت مكناس، إضافة إلى أحزاب صغيرة أخرى كـ"الفضيلة"، و"الوحدة"، و"التنمية"، و"الكرامة"، و"الجمهوري"، و"الوحدوي الاشتراكي".

تيار المعارضة

يتم تيار الأحزاب والقوى المعارضة العديد من الأحزاب ذات الثقل السياسي في موريتانيا، تحت ائتلاف "المنتدى الوطني للديمقراطية والوحدة".

ويضم منتدى الديمقراطية، حزب تكتل القوى الديموقراطية "RFD"، وهو متردد في المشاركة، حيث انقسمت قيادته السياسية بين اتجاهين: أحدهما يدعو لمقاطعة انتخابات بلا ضمانات، وآخر يدفع نحو المشاركة لعدم جدوى المقعد الفارغ.

كما يضم المنتدى حزب "التجمع الوطني للإصلاح والتنمية" المعروف اختصارًا بـ"تواصل" الذراع السياسية لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين في موريتانيا.

ومن القوى المعارضة جبهة "المعاهدة من أجل التغيير" وتتكون المعاهدة من أحزاب عدة، يتقدمها "التحالف الشعبي التقدمي"، وحزب "الصواب"، و"الوئام الديمقراطي"، وحزب "العهد الوطني".

ومن القوى المعارضة أيضا حزب "التحالف الشعبي التقدمي" (APP) أسسه القوميون الناصريون عام 1991.

عدد الناخبين ومقاعد البرلمان

ووفقا للجنة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات إن عدد الناخبين الموريتانيين وصل إلى 1328168، سيدلون بأصواتهم في 2957 مكتبا، وفقا لآخر عملية اقتراع تمت في البلاد خلال أغسطس الماضي.

ويتافس المرشحون للانتخابات البرلمانية على 155 مقعدا في الجمعية الوطنية "البرلمان الموريتاني" وفقا للتعديلات الدستورية الأخيرة.
